Another website misbehaving can you test if going through a grid?

spinning waiting circle when accessing https://www.bidfooddirect.co.uk/#/home

If I bypass our on-site Smoothwall the page loads correctly.

Smoothwall claim no issue with the box

Anyone also on a grid, ideally the SWGfL, can you get to this site?

Anyone on a smoothwall appliance, can you get to this site?

Anyone with both?

We've already got issues with report pages timing out on Bromcom going through the Smoothwall

Not been my best week....

We had issues with that - had to put some exceptions in to get it running.

We have put "bidfooddirect.co.uk" in a category on the smoothwall which is "Do Not Filter" for "everyone" - and still get issues.

Also put "bidfooddirect.co.uk" in a HTTPS inspection policies "Do Not Inspect"

Not sure I can do anymore - yet going through the Smoothwall can be slow, images don't render or we get blank pages.

Bypass the Smoothwall and everything renders correctly :/

Sorry - don't have a smoothie so can't test that - these are our RM Safetynet rules as we had exactly the same issue about 18 months ago....

We gave the Smoothwall a reboot at lunchtime and the problem seems to be fixed!

Shame it's not fixed our other Smoothwall issue...
