Hi all,

Have Ipads on the latest iOS in a school. They used to be able to directly print images to a Ricoh printer. They did not need an app installing. However, all they get now is a "contacting printer" message.

I have contacted the printer company and await reply but was intrigued if anyone else has come across this.

Thanks all

Not come across this before, but my guess would be the printer has done an update and knocked off the Bonjour/Airprint setting? Have you gone on the web interface on the Ricoh printer and checked its all enabled?

We had this exact issue. I ended up installing the Ricoh Connector app and it worked straight away. I know its not ideal having to install another app for teachers/students but it solved our issue.
