[sims] Take Register, view all sessions and lessons

Sorry if this is a simple issue but it has stumped me. When I view any teachers registers and I select the AM session that is assigned to them, it brings up all the students assigned to the class and also display all the lessons and any registration marks during the day. So I can see the attendance throughout the day for that whole class.

 

Whenever anyone else attempts this, all they get is the AM & PM displaying. They are unable to see the registers for the lessons during the day. I cant see it being permissions as my data assistant has the same profile as me and when she views the class, she gets just the AM & PM view. I seem to be the only one that can view the whole day. Does anyone know if there is a setting somewhere to change this view?
