After School Club Registers

Hi, what does anyone use for their After School club registers. we currently use Schoolcloud, but it has no reporting, no alerting to parents if students don't attend, no read/write from SIMS and clunky admin for teachers. They're talking about going back to paper registers!

 

Any amazing systems/thoughts?

We don't use anything currently, which I appreciate isn't a massively helpful reply to your question! I have, however, been asked to look into a solution so I'll let you know if I come up with any good answers. The only thing we have already to support this is our InVentry console, but this requires a lot of admin and the students would all have to sign into the clubs via the tablet in reception which doesn't work from a logistical POV.

We have recently started using Edulink One to record attendance at clubs/interventions. Parents can see in the app if their child has attended or not.

We've recently ditched InVentry for Sign-In App as InVentry was so clunky and highly expensive for subscription and terminals. We just use old iPads as sign-in terminals.

 

 

Having said that, neither platform is designed for or suitable for taking individual Club registration. We've been using SchoolsBuddy happily for preference based sign-up, performing allocations and then registration.
