Microsoft Office Licensing for Personal Use

Hi all,

 

For clarification purposes I would like to ask. If a school for example has purchased Microsoft Volume Licensing, can the version of Office, lets say Office 2016 be installed locally onto a staff members personal home laptop that they use for their school work or does it purely have to be installed on a school domain laptop ?

No, your not able to install on personal devices. However, if you have Office 365 and have A1 plus or above students and staff are entitled to install Office 365 apps on their personal devices
