Office 365 login

Morning All,

 

Has anyone had any problems getting into Office 365 for the past week or so. I've had reports from teachers of going to outlook.office365.com getting stuck in a redirect loop which eventually errors. I've had it myself just once and it stopped me getting to any Office 365 page. It doesn't seem limited to a specific browser as it's happened on Edge, Chrome and Safari.

Everything seems fine for us. Have you checked Health status?

Should be the same for most, but there might be something in there that's an issue?

Yes, nothing relevant to this problem.

 

Thanks anyway, just wanted to check if it was a wider problem. I'll open a support case.

Try using outlook.office.com instead of the old one maybe?

 

All working fine for us though.

The Microsoft support agent said he ran some diagnostics which found an issue. It's only been a day but no one else has reported the problem yet.

Where I work we are in the early stages of migrating to Exchange Online, and sometimes I get the redirecting error when attempting to login to Outlook (I only use edge). To get round it, all I do is click on my Outlook shortcut again and it comes back on[emoji16]
