Prevent Access to 'Icon/Settings Tray' Chromebook

Just setting up a bunch of Chromebooks in Google Admin - sorted most things but can't seem to find a way of preventing access to the icon tray bottom right where it allows the network to be switched off etc.

Any ideas please
