FMS / BACS - XML file rejected by Lloyds bank

Hi al,

I'm trying to BACS setup and running with FMS. The required file is being saved to Z:\SIMS\TRANSFER\out\BACS and confirmation emails sent.

 

The problem we are having appears to be with the files generated that are required by the bank. It would appear the failure is with the XML file format and the bank rejects them. I can't see any other options I can change in the setup in FMS. The files are saved without an XML extension - BACS123.001 .... etc

 

Has anyone seen this issue and can point me in the right direction?
