Anyone used Sonru in school?

Hello,

We had a student try to take a University interview with a platform called Sonru today however something seems to be blocking it and wondered if anyone had come across this before and knew what needed opening? Their support was as useful as "try another browser" but I'm fairly sure there are some ports required.

I found these ports on their helpdesk: TCP:1935 (RTMP)

 

TCP:5080 (HTTP)

 

TCP:5443 (HTTPS)

 

UDP:5000-65000 (WebRTC)

 

DNS: media-servers.sonru.com
