Hi All,

Wondering if someone could help, we're trying to push out Adobe DC Pro (current version out of date) from SCCM and software centre.

Have created and downloaded the package our adobe enterprise however the MSI will not install. Have tried running the setup.exe --silent as seen on other forums but doesn't install either, it shows as downloading on software centre but never reaches 100% even after 2 hours, can run the setup.exe manually and installs in a matter of minutes. Also tried pushing out DC from the web install(Acrobat_DC_Web_WWMUI.exe) and AcroRdrDC2100720099_en_US.exe however that doesn't allow users to sign into their accounts meaning theyre asked to start a free trail.

Have seen many other people having issues pushing out Adobe DC, its becoming a nightmare. Any pointers please and thankyou!

Thanks

It's included in the CC named user licenses.

Deploy the adobe creative cloud desktop via sccm

Azure group membership to provision adobe accounts.

Set up SSO with 365/adobe

Users can then help themselves via the adobe desktop application

solution to this was to create a package rather than application in sccm and run the setup.exe for acrobat rather than the Creative Cloud setup.exe, when deploying have the package install from the distribution point rather than copy files to the C drive and run from there
