Point and Print Restrictions in a GPO applying?

 

I had this recently while I was testing Print Nightmare workarounds. I forgot what Print Server I was supposed to be connecting to and typed in the Production Print Server when trying to add a printer (but the GPO with Point and Print restrictions was enforcing the Test Server as 'Users can only point and print to these servers' was set to the Test Server).
