Old RM Desktops

Can any one think of a use for old RM desktops? We've got nine just sitting around and their not being used. Can I turn them into the standalone machines to give to children (to take home) or are they just scrap?

Depends really what spec they are and how they are licensed as to whether you can just give them away.

 

We tend to strip them down for component spares and for the sake of 9, it might be easier this way.

If you upgrade to RM CC4 with thin client capabilities, you can use them as terminal services clients.
