Redwood is special needs school in Rochdale, which caters for young people aged 11-19 who have additional needs. We are a diverse community where everyone is “nurtured, valued and empowered to be active learners”.

 

 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed ICT Technician to join our ambitious and successful team here at Redwood School, who under the direction of the ICT Manager will contribute to the delivery of effective ICT systems, providing reactive and proactive support and meeting deadlines within the demands of a modern SEND school.

 

The position will be based across our five school sites in Rochdale and Middleton, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle or willingness to travel across sites is essential.

 

Applicants will need to be hardworking, enthusiastic, organised and passionate about providing first class customer service to all stakeholders of the school by supporting a broad range of ICT systems.

 

ICT lies at the very heart of our Learning and Teaching agenda as we seek to raise attainment within the school. You will help to promote this throughout the curriculum.
