Sims Profiles School Reports Text Entries

Hello,

 

I am creating Profiles for the first time for our Autumn School Reports, all seems like it will work okay, different to WCBS Pass which is what we used in the past but similar enough that the teachers should follow the process fine.

The only issue I can see is that our reports are split in to 2 sections "Course Content" Generic Text per class and "Teacher Comment" Personal comment to each pupil

The Course Content for each class will be the same for all pupils of that class so the teacher will have to Paste the same comment in to all pupils!

In Pass we could add a Standard Text field which would be assigned to each Class set so would only need to be added in once? does anyone know if this is an option or have found a way to do this.
