[sims] Supply Teacher Access

Hoping you can help.

 

We have setup the SIMS Teacher App for Supply to access but he cannot see any registers.

 

What do I need to do on SIMS in order for the Supply to see any registers?

 

Am I missing a step.

Do they see a register in the SIMS desktop app?

 

Has cover been assigned appropriately in Cover Manager?

 

If it's AM/PM registers, have they been assigned in the Pastoral Structure in SIMS?

No to the Desktop App as only been handed a iPad to use the Teacher app.

 

In regards to the next 2 questions, can you advise how I would check or get this set up?

 

I’ve come from a school using Bromcom to a school using SIMS so just trying to get me head round it, if that makes sense.
