Lightspeed Help

We have Lightspeed Filter \ Monitor deployed for our web content filtering and our safeguarding monitoring. We are experiencing problems in getting it fully working. The web content filter is filtering all our devices but the monitor is not working on our iPads and our iPads do not show in the main Lightspeed dashboard.

Lightspeed support team have been looking at this problem for weeks and weeks and still have not been able to help resolve these issues.

I am hoping that someone who has successfully got Lightspeed working with Mosyle MDM can help me get ours to work, e.g. sharing details of their working config.
