  1. Affinity Photo is a fantastic replacement for Photoshop. I've been using it for four years and would not go back to Photoshop and its subscription model.
  2. @Chclark. @tmoon-mint Thanks. I've supplied Jigsaw24 with the email address that I use with my Apple School Manager so should be up and running soon. @Brimstone Thanks, I've only ever used Apple school Manager so no old accounts to invite.
  3. Currently we use Apple School Manager and Mosyle to push out free apps to our iPads. We are in the process of buying VPP credits from Jigsaw24 and they are asking for our VPP email address to send vpp codes so I can access a Apple secure inbox. When trying to create a VPP account, my web searches have found that VPP accounts have been replaced with Apple School\Business Manager. Would the email address I use to admin our Apple School Manager be the one I use to receive the email with our VPP codes?
  4. Someone from Lightspeed support was looking at this then they totally ignored my last three emails.
  5. Got a lot of angry users here. Lightspeed has totally blocked internet connections on our Windows devices. Unsurprisingly when Relay Smart agent is uninstalled internet connectivity is fully restored.
  6. We have had Lightspeed for 4 months and it has not worked on our iPads at any point in that time. Today Lightspeed has blocked access to all websites on our windows devices. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread as I'll soon be looking to replace Lightspeed.
  7. We have Lightspeed Filter \ Monitor deployed for our web content filtering and our safeguarding monitoring. We are experiencing problems in getting it fully working. The web content filter is filtering all our devices but the monitor is not working on our iPads and our iPads do not show in the main Lightspeed dashboard. Lightspeed support team have been looking at this problem for weeks and weeks and still have not been able to help resolve these issues. I am hoping that someone who has successfully got Lightspeed working with Mosyle MDM can help me get ours to work, e.g. sharing details of their working config.
  8. Found the problem. My test iPad was enrolled in our MDM but was not supervised, apparently the Web filter plugin profile that is configured in the MDM is only compatible with supervised iPads. I prepared the iPad using Configurator 2 once it was showing in Apple School Manager & our MDM I moved it to the group where the filter profile is linked now web browsing is filtered.
  9. Thanks @r0cketbev. The issue we are having is that the iPads can access websites but sites like social media, gambling etc are not being filtered. Lightspeed uses an app deployed by MDM rather than a ssl certificate.
  10. Any Lightspeed experts here? Our recently acquired Lightspeed Filter\Alert filters internet browsing our Windows devices but will not filter our iPads. Our iPads have the Lightspeed Smart Agent installed via our Mosyle MDM. On the iPad when the smart agent is open a red dot appear on the cloud icon which apparently means it is not connected to the the Lightspeed servers.
  11. @kieran1990 thanks for the tips. EDBMails looks very good, almost certainly what I will use. Watching their videos as we speak. @Michael it's good to know that Link2ICT are supportive with these migrations.
  12. Hi @kieran1990 do you mind sharing how you did your migration from BGFL 365. Thanks @hellgate24 I'll have a look at BitTitan
  13. Has anyone successfully migrated their school from the shared tenancy on BGFL 365 to their own Microsoft 365 tenancy?
  14. The B120i is a SATA Controller and the drive used should be a SATA drive which is a bit strange for a server. SAS drives will not be compatible with this controller.
  15. We thought the access from anywhere feature is one feature our staff could benefit from. money required for replacement admin server could be re purposed. Please guys tell me what issues you have experienced.
