Problems with Sims Parent App

Is any one else experiencing issues with Sims Parent App, our end seems to work ok sending invites out to parents. But...............the parents seem to be having lots of issues registering, then th epasword they used is coming back with incorrect password.

 

It seems like parents are going around in some sort of loop.

Yes, it doesn't work and ESS care about as much as Capita did.

Not good when you are trying to get your parents on board. Our year 7 parents are pulling their hair out. But i don think its any better for other years parents because it used to work for them and now does not.
