SIMS Marksheets

Hi,

 

I am creating new Marksheets for adding in Pupils Baseline assessments so nice and easy only 1 aspect for Year 7 Midyis Score, as they will only ever have one Mark for this

 

The problem I have is that there are Pupils who have left the school showing in the Marksheet?

Even though they have a leaving date in the past they are still assigned to the year and year taught in which is now greyed out when I find them.

How do I omit them from the Marksheets?

I do believe there is a defined period where students will still remain on the marksheets after their date of leaving (I think it is 6 weeks but not 100% sure) this is by design to allow for easy retrieval of past information or last minute grade collections for them. They will leave those marksheets in due time.
