Use google remote desktop

Hi everyone,

 

I have been using google remote desktop inside school for a few months now and it's all been working fine.

 

I've been setting more and more people up with it until we've got about 15 on site now.Unfortunately it has stopped working yesterday.It all works perfectly if both devices are inside the network or if both devices are outside just not remoting in from outsideHas anyone got any suggestions? - I've been in contact with RM and they haven't been able to sort it as yet.

We found Google’s Remote Desktop very ‘hit and miss’ with more occasions where it didn’t work than it did

Never used it, but to me that sounds firewall/filtering related...?
