[2004, 20h2] Edit wim to update Windows photos

We are currently deploying Windows 20H2, which comes with Microsoft Photos 2019. The newer version of Photos includes the Video Editor. I have a package I can deploy post build to update Photos, but was wondering if it's possible to slipstream the newer version into the wim?
