In this supporting role, you will assist in the maintenance of the School’s local IT network and systems and provide technical support for all users in order to ensure that they can make optimum use of the School’s IT systems, associated hardware and software. In addition to general IT support skills, to be successful in your application you will need to be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of: • Active Directory • Group Policy Management • Server 2012/2016 • Office 365 • Helpdesk Ticketing System • Apple iPads Equally important will be your flexibility and proactive approach to working within a team and individually, and good communication skills. Previous experience of working in a school-setting would be an advantage.
