Alternative product to ParentMail

Hi

 

We are using ParentMail for our cashless payments, etc …and the support it a nightmare. Support is only through chat and the support agent have no good knowledge of the product and each support representative give different information each time.

 

Is any one used ParentMail - how is your experience??

 

I am looking into an alternative product and please let me know if you are using a similar product and your experiences with the product would be great.

We got rid of them at a school they went over to School Comms

We were with ParentMail for a while and like you say support is atrocious and trying to get an answer that was of any worth was even harder. I ended up solving most of the issues myself.

 

We have just moved over to Eduspot, which although has much better support etc, after using it I still don't 100% rate the product. It seems like it just hasn't been thought through fully which is a shame.

We use Text2Parents but find it expensive IMO, I am looking at SIMIntouch but not got a price yet.

I am looking for a system for under £1000 a year if possible

I'm working with a high school who seem to have no end of problems with parentmail.

Now you've been using School Comms for a while are you still happy with it? Do you use any other of their products? How did you find the price comparison to parentmail?

Do you use any other of their products? We do use the Parent Engagement and cashless payments.

How did you find the price comparison to parentmail? Not sure on this one as our finance department dealt with this
