Email Search include Drafts Folder

Is there a way to include the drafts folder when searching mailboxes on exchange and office 365?

I have noticed this isn't including when running a search via powershell.

from the compliance section of office 365 when you run. discovery search it does show results even in drafts. I've seen it many times
