Net Support Notify only 10 Users Online

Hi All,

 

Not sure if this is the right place, but we have an odd issue with NSN;

 

It crashed after a server restart and kept complaining the server wasn't on (when it was the server itself) so I manually started it using the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\NSL\Connectivity Server method,

 

Only now it only ever sees 10 clients at a time, not the full list?

 

Not sure why this has decided to happen so wondered if anyone had any thoughts

Sounds like it has lost licence details as I believe 10 users is what you get in the unlicensed version ie trial version.
