Wonde problems

We are using their Google Sync app.

 

Their intake naming convention supports only primary schools, so every so often they break ours.

I would think it's a simple fix, but it can take them weeks for whatever reason.

I think that they host our instance with primarys, and whenever they make changes they fail to include our secondary configuration.

 

Plus for whatever reason the auto sync now is delayed, from hours to days when it's not broken.

 

Thinking about moving to Salamander, you have the option to choose the user creation on submissions too.

Has any one moved form Wonde to them? Any issues aside from the lack of a dashboard?
