Toshiba Dynabook Satellite Pro C50-H103

Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can get the Intel Management Engine drivers for the above mentioned laptop?

It shows as unknown PCI device in DM:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_34E0&SUBSYS_00023100&REV_30Management Engine Interface

 

I assume they are OS independent but if it's relevant we're using Win 10 x64..

 

Googling the HW ID above gets me to Intel but the driver they supply will not install. There appears to be nothing on the Toshiba support pages specifically for IME. I've installed the chipset drivers but they didn't help. There is mention of an AMT driver for management on the support page but this is either already installed or doesn't solve the unknown device.

Just a link would be good..

Looking at the Dynabook support site (https://uk.dynabook.com/support/my-product/laptops/ and use the menu's to select your laptop model) there is a download for the Intel AMT (filename = amt-20210113095736.zip), have you tried this file? If so rather than running the exe file in the zip file have you tried extracting the contents of that file (you can use 7-zip to extract the file) and then use the update driver option in Device Manager to manually select the inf file in the Drivers/MEI/Win10 folder?

Thanks but I've tried that. The only inf file is in the root of MEI called heci.inf and while that will install manually (right click and install) it doesn't get rid of the unknown device warning. Doing an update drivers also says it fails to find the driver for the device

I will PM you with the FTP access username and password to get drivers, its easier than our website.
