How do you set Papercut Kyocera MFD Panel reset timer

We have just had Kyocera 5003i MFDs installed and using Papercut. The timeout for a papercut user authenticating on the MFD panel seems to be set to 60 secs. We normally set the timeout to 30 seconds. On the papercut website it says to change the "Panel Reset Timer" but changing this has no affect, besides which on the Kyocera the Panel Reset Timer is set to 90 secs which doesn't correlate to the 60 secs timeout we are getting.

 

Does anyone know how to set the timeout to 30 secs please on a Kyocera?
