[SIMS] Weird high level patches showing up...???

Just had the following patches show up in my Solus3 patch DB today and am a bit concerned as to why they want to reset the SYSMAN password and then a following patch titled "Grant execute permissions to all SIMS objects"...

 

Anyone else clocked this?

 

I wont be deploying these until further investigation as to what these patches are specifically doing.

Yeah quite a few in the last couple of days, certainly that one, and another couple today for the SIMS DB Install Procedure 19098 and a permissions patch 20249.

It would be so lovely if there was actually any information sent with them - on one hand we need to keep things up to date for security reasons, accuracy reasons etc, on the other we can't just blindly install something because it's appeared on a deployment system.
