IT Field Technician - based at City College Norwich - Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - £21,223 - £25,389 per annum Scale 5/6

 

Norfolk Educational Services is seeking an IT Technician to provide first and second line support service to our users at our education sites. You will require experience in a customer support role and hold a relevant IT qualification.

 

You will be skilled in supporting Microsoft software and services such as Windows 10, Office and 365 products. You will also be experienced at installing and maintaining hardware and software applications and troubleshooting faults.

 

Applicants should ideally hold a driving license and be able to work at any regional site.
