Sync Center options greyed out

Hi All

 

I have a problem with staff laptops syncing our pupil resources drive. It is nothing I have setup they just seemed to have made the network share avaible offline which is now causing issues with direct access. When I go to disable the sync the options to to stop are greyed out and I can not figure out why. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this.
