Office 2019 Uninstalls itself

Hi everyone,

 

Got a strange issue at the moment, randomly we are seeing office 2019 uninstall itself. It is still in add/remove programs but the applications are missing so the shortcuts don't work. An online repair fixes the problem and the logs seem to indicate something going on with Click-to-run frequent updates that ultimately leads to a reinstall msi being called and presumably then failing.

 

I am struggling to pin point whether this is happening when idle or when a student is logged in but it has only been noted on student pc's and laptops. I assume the students are finding a way to run office updates or repair the installation. Any ideas?
