Azure AD Connect SSO Office Apps

Hi,

 

I'm trying to move away from our on-prem student file shares to using OneDrive with the OneDrive Windows client and Office Apps. I have previously configured Azure AD connect with password hash sync and SSO seems to be working as expected when logging on to Office.com. What I cannot seem to get working is the SSO for the Office apps. I have followed several tutorials none of which seem to work.

 

Anyone else managed to get this working?

Are the devices they are using hybrid Azure AD joined? We found it was very hit or miss until we set up hybrid join for devices, and then it works every time.
