[sims] How to set up 3rd party addons using hosted sims

I have a hosted sims server setup with the VPN client, and would like to start setting up some 3rd party data exports.

 

I thought I would start simple with the Salamander photo export tool, but I get the following.

Not sure if its a problem with the salamander photo tool or our VPN install.

 

Any suggestions?

I have discovered that the reason for this. I was the permissions on the user account not having classroom teacher so I guess couldn't access the photos.
