Office 365 recovering items Deleted

I'm attempting to recover 122,000 emails from the recovery folder of a user.

 

I've logged in as them and clicked the "Select all recoverable items" - if there are over 122,000 - how long should it take before the Recovery option appears.

 

I've been waiting over an hour now and the only options showing are Empty Folder and Cancel.

Yep, forgot that was an option! Long days!
