CRM - Any schools or MATs out there using a CRM platform and integrated into an MIS

Curious as to what CRM platforms others are using with their MIS systems.

 

We are considering a Dynamics implementation (predominantly a Microsoft house) and possibly a HigherEd version of Dynamics.

 

Interested in what other viable CRM options that are out there being used by others (Salesforce feels far too big and corporate, maybe I am wrong)

 

Equally, is this something you are considering? Do you know what processes or functions you would plan to start with? i.e. start with using CRM to drive the admissions/intake pipeline management for example

Dude, if you're even a little computer savvy, using a CRM will be a breeze. It's essentially just filling in fields with data. You can learn more as you go and possibly move into reporting or something like, but I think you'll find it rather basic. Do you know which CRM you'll be using? Most people in the corporate world aren't very "techy." There are numerous varieties.
