one drive syncing issues

We currently use the onedrive client to sync our cloud drives for our users.

 

Sometimes a user gets a "cannot connect to server error", often enough to be annoying

 

anyone come accross this-- is there a better way to sync drives

 

currently looking into a c3rd party cloud drive mapper to see if this helps.
