Netsupport browser

I have asked about this a few times over the years, but we have never committed to using it, however we need to to be able to better monitor iPad usage so it is back on the radar.

 

I have the app setup, and it is reporting back to Netsupport DNA but it seems a very clunky browser. If the iPad is in Dark mode you can't read the URL bar, it won't do split screen mode, and you need to click Start to use it, even if you aren't making students login.

 

Does anyone use this successfully?
