Teams & Parental Assignment Summary emails

We're looking at having weekly assignment emails sent to parents via Teams and have one large concern.

We use Salamander (full) to sync everything with SIMS, however one apparent shortcoming of Office 365 SDS is that whilst you can add email addresses, you can't amend them or delete (automatically). This is a major safeguarding concern. Whilst we can have a manual process in place, we'd rather have this automated but at the same time wonder how anyone else does it, or even if you're aware of such a limitation.

 

So for example, child A's guardian is removed from SIMS because of a legal issue with no contact being possible. They were a priority 1 contact, and further contact would be a problem.

 

Would like to hear what others are doing or if anyone else is aware of this?
