Viewsonic IFP7550 panel wireless issues

Hi

Does anyone have the Viewsonic IFP7550 panels working with the wireless dongle that is provided by viewsonic?

Our previous boards have an actual wireless card thingy (technical jargon!) and have always connected without any issues to our wireless but the last 3 we've had installed have been a total nightmare. The dongle is EZcast dual band wireless adapter model EZC-520185. I been in contact with Viewsonics technical support but to be honest they are worse than useless.
