Hi,

I have a user that has the windows "thinking" circle rapidly flickering next to the mouse pointer. I cannot run any of the built in diagnostic tools on their login, due to group policy.

I cant use the run dialogue box and right clicking on cmd and choosing run as administrator after searching for it does nothing.

The C drive is locked down, so I cant hold shift and right click to use my credentials.

Task manager and performance monitor are disabled for this user.

When I log in at the same time the problem isn't there for me and running performance monitor indicates no big issues.

Does anyone have any good workarounds for running what I need whilst logged in as a regular user?

General windows 10 tips would be good too.
