BBC iPlayer “Content not available in your location”

Problem recently developed, when attempting to use iPlayer via the school's broadband.

 

Broadband, proxy and filtering all provided by the County Council.

 

Working for some staff from their laptops, while for others it has recently stopped working, with a "This content is not available in your location" message.

 

Staff are logged in using a variety of BBC accounts. My own personal BBC account is working, however, I have just created a new account for the school and that is not working.

 

Looks like something has changed recently. However, the fact that it works for some people, but not others, suggests to me that it's not broadband, proxy or firewall related.

 

Any ideas ?

I had this, as BBC were wrongly identifying us as being outside the UK, had to contact BBC Iplayer support and get them to whitelist the schools public IP address.
