[ms office - 2016] MS Teams video problem

Hi

 

Our head teacher is having problem with her external webcam not working on Teams. It has previously worked and still does on Zoom and Google Hangouts. If you go into settings it doesn’t detect the webcam. Can anyone help please?

Check privacy permissions in Windows Settings. You can block apps access to the camera.
