Issue accessing site using SurfProtect

I've been asked to look into a site which refuses to load on school devices, using the explicit AD proxy the site refuses to load, however, when using transparent it loads fine. Would anyone using the SurfProtect AD proxy be able to check if icould.com is accessible?

Using the AD proxy for SurfProtect Quantum and the page is loading fine for me.
