This post involves monitoring and supporting the school’s ICT systems and its users, assisting with installing new and upgraded systems and ensuring the integrity of the school’s system is maintained. The successful candidate should have considerable experience of delivering customer focused ICT services in the education sector. A practical outlook with a ‘can do’ attitude is essential. Experience in Windows 10, Active Directory, Group Policy and AV equipment is essential, whilst experience of Apple MAC and Chromebooks would be an advantage. Knowledge and enthusiasm are also valued.
