Textease Studio printing problem

In one of my schools, I am having issues printing in colour from Textease Studio. They have a Konika photocopier setup as a network printer through the server. However much I change the settings, it will only print in greyscale. All other applications are fine. Printing in colour to a networked injet is fine.

 

Any ideas?

What version and build of Textease is it? Was Textease installed before or after the printer?

Does the photocopier require any sort of pin number or password to copy?

Erm, its version 5.9 something installed before the photocopier was setup. I have got the latest patch so will try that when I get a chance.

 

Yes, the photocopier requires a PIN to print in colour, but this is displayed as normal and whatever credentials are supplied, only prints greyscale.
