Impero error - machines disconnected

Hi

 

We recently upgraded to Impero 8550, some machines disconnect from the server (they access the network ok other than that), I stop the Impero server service, delete the client file and it seems to restore connectivity temporary

but it reoccurs again.. I am getting errors like these on problematic machines, in the server error log:

Anyone experiencing similar ?
