Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but is anyone else getting Error code:2650 when trying to enter the "Downloads and Keys" section of VLSC?

I now also can't login to Azure or Office 365. I think there's a service issue.

Azure authentication down worldwide at the mo due to a faulty upgrade. M$ currently rolling back...
