Trusted site issue

I've just had an issue that I don't understand so wondered if anyone else does.

 

We have laptops connecting either via WiFi or DirectAccess when away from the office.

 

There is a secure site that is routed back to the network that works fine over DirectAccess so comes back in and out via our core.

 

Connect the laptop to our WiFi so all traffic is routed over our fibre back to the core and it doesn't work fully, site does load but part of process fails.

 

Added the URL to trusted sites and it works on WiFi now, yet site works on laptop when on DA previously. I'm guessing its something to do with the way the network profile is trusted but I've never seen anything like that before. Anyone help me out here?
