I'm trying to prepare some information for parents, and there's a couple of questions that I need answered before I can publish. It's a very new, so their FAQ is a bit limited and I'm waiting on their support to come back to me. If anyone has found the answers, please let me know! Specifically: Do reminders get emailed to parents and students? Do results (negative/positive/void) get emailed to parents and students? Thanks for any assistance.
HC_Netman Posted March 11, 2021 Posted March 11, 2021 I have just set up a test student with myself as the parent and I can confirm that when a new test result is submitted an email is sent to both the parent and student confirming the result. Unfortunately I cannot test whether or not this is the same for reminders as they are not programmed to start being sent until next week but I would assume they will also be emailed to students/parents/staff. 1
